    Convert Vanilla Horses to SWEM automatically replaces vanilla Minecraft horses with their Star Worm Equestrian (SWEM) counterparts in worlds or servers using the SWEM mod. It checks for vanilla horses every tick and summons a SWEM horse at the same position, working in the background without command blocks.
