Arkif's Hoverboard Mod adds powered, upgradeable hoverboards and the machinery and materials needed to craft, charge, and supply them. The hoverboard lets players fly quickly while carrying items, and upgrades can add rocket launchers, faster thrusters, expanded storage, cave lighting, block mining, item collection, and a defensive shield. Further upgrades improve cooling, energy capacity, and efficiency, while the aquatic upgrade lets the board operate underwater without taking water damage. Flying and board functions consume Redstone Flux and generate heat, so managing temperature matters: overheating disables flight and much of the board's functionality until it cools. Crafting uses a Hoverboard Builder with a powered crafting grid, alongside a Melt Spinner for making carbon fibre and solar panels that generate power according to daylight and weather. Loaders and unloaders move items between a board and connected transport systems, while a charger transfers Redstone Flux to or from nearby boards; carbon-fibre blocks, stairs, slabs, and fences also provide building materials.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 12 blocks, 34 items, 1 projectile, 1 other entity and 17 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
