70.8 of the 71 points that apply = 99.7, so 99 out of 100: only a project that lost no point gets 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
BBL Core is a utility mod for mod and modpack developers, providing reusable helpers and systems for building and configuring their own content. Developers can define fluids more easily, add tint to tintable blocks and items through a color tag, use helpers for mouse input, tooltips and directions, and create lightable items. Its datapack features include loot modifiers that add items to blocks, such as canola seeds from short grass, and conditions that let recipes and loot tables vary by world type, for example making a furnace recipe available in a skyblock world. For custom block and portal behavior, it supports repeatable resource blocks that drop loot and reset when broken, and a tag that lets developers choose which blocks form Nether portals instead of relying only on obsidian. Modpack-focused utilities include configurable /modpack and /discord commands, an update checker, and an optional void-protection setting that can return players to their home when they fall into the void. It also includes a recipe-ID lookup command for inspecting recipes associated with a held item, including recipes added by a specified mod.

Adds 1 recipe.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
