About
Better Dungeons adds structures, mobs, and items to give Minecraft a stronger adventure focus. Its generated locations include castles and skyscrapers, with a floor generator that lays paths between rooms and supports room designs such as jails and dining rooms. Combat additions include daggers, spears, defensive swords that block attacks while restoring food saturation, and armor such as spiked gloves and heavy iron or diamond sets. New or revised enemies include gladiators, who wield two swords and use a spinning attack, and necromancers, whose Nether spells grow stronger and gain new effects there. A Mecha Golem can be summoned by using its spawner item on an iron tower, while other mobs can return to their spawners when they lose a target and alert a captain to nearby hostiles. Some equipment adds distinctive abilities: the Bull helmet enables sprinting, and the Walker King may appear with a Morning Shine sword and shield.
