CBC: Firepower Components is a Create Big Cannons addon for building more compact artillery setups and automating ammunition handling. Its Compact Cannon Mount is a one-block side-mounted mount for big cannons, drop mortars, autocannons, and handle autocannons, while the Compact Autocannon Mount provides a smaller mount specifically for autocannons. An Autocannon Ammo Feed connects beside an assembled compact autocannon mount and feeds it loose rounds, with a belt that can be supplied by hoppers, mechanical arms, or similar item automation. The Cannon Magazine Loader acts as a three-round external magazine for big cannon mounts: it pairs projectiles with powered cartridges, waits until three complete rounds are ready, then feeds the cannon, while spent empty cartridges can be extracted for automation. The wider component set includes a configurable Cannon Limiter for setting compact-mount pitch and yaw limits, a Vertical Compact Cannon Mount for assemblies above or below the mount, and a Ready Ammunition Compartment that stores ordered complete rounds and supplies mounts directly. For larger ammunition systems, the powered Carousel Ready Rack holds 24 positions with a configurable firing order, and the Spent Casing Collector gathers ejected casings for later automated extraction. An Automatic Cannon Controller coordinates firing modes, mount dispatch, and ammunition selection, while Spyglass Rangefinding measures straight-line distance without identifying or locking targets. The addon also supports mount and control compatibility for weapon families including heavy and twin autocannons, rocket pods, dual and medium cannons, projectile racks, torpedo tubes, mounted launchers, and rotary cannons; a Large Autocannon Ammo Box holds 64 normal rounds and 64 tracer rounds.
Written from Modrinth , CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 18 blocks, 3 items, 14 recipes and 1 key binding.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used to make it
The author writes that AI was used.
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
