Control Flex adds configurable gamepad controls to Minecraft Java Edition, with automatic discovery of registered mod keybindings so players can map modpack actions as well as vanilla controls. Its seven context-sensitive layers separate everyday play from four temporary Shift maps, menus, and interactive HUDs; unassigned Shift actions inherit their Main-layer bindings, while Screen and Overlay maps keep controls suited to each interface. Bindings can respond to presses, releases, holds, taps, long presses, toggles, and double-input patterns, and multi-button combos let players reserve less-used actions for deliberate button chords. Players can build up to five radial menus with eight slots each, assigning slots to keybindings, chat commands, or hotbar items, and choose icons and whether to open a wheel by pressing or holding its binding. Movement supports continuous 360-degree analog walking or keyboard-like eight-way movement, while the right stick can turn the camera and the left stick can move a cursor through screens; D-pad slot navigation and optional snapping help with inventory and container selection. The mod also offers configurable vibration by damage type and virtual keyboard and mouse input for mods that listen for physical keys rather than registered Minecraft bindings. For mod-specific screens and HUDs, an in-game adaptation center lets players assign discovered actions and set each stick to independent controls, a radial path, or virtual mouse behavior; community configurations can also be applied and customized. Control Flex supports couch co-op across multiple Minecraft instances on one PC, with separate controller input for each gamepad instance and background windows able to keep playing when pause-on-lost-focus is disabled. Bundled Basic, Bedrock, and Recommend templates provide starting layouts, and users can add custom templates and keep per-template profiles.

No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
