Create: Ages is a Create add-on that turns crafting into a staged technological progression, making players build mechanisms and machines to unlock capabilities rather than having Create’s machinery immediately available. Its Andesite, Copper, Zinc, and Brass ages introduce four machines and redistribute more than 110 recipes across age-locked crafting, smithing, stonecutting, and sequenced assembly, with many original Create recipes rebalanced for progression. The ages focus on distinct parts of factory building: Andesite covers kinetic basics such as conveyors, drills, and saws; Copper advances fluid systems such as pumps, tanks, and steam engines; Zinc develops storage and logistics with vaults, controllers, and display links; and Brass brings precision crafting with mechanical crafters and sequenced assemblies. A further Calculation Age extends progression into Applied Energistics 2, with recipes for calculation, logic, and engineering processors, AE2 components, and storage parts. For a later progression layer, the Package Assembler uses Create rotational power to turn profession-specific shipments into Shipment Points; Mining, Farming, Fishing, Hunting, Carpentry, and Create each accept their own items and award points. Players spend Shipment Points at the Shop on resources, Create components, enchantments, magic items, premium rewards such as Elytra and Totems of Undying, and bundles; AE2 offers appear when that mod is installed, and bundles unpack their contents into the player’s inventory. The progression also reaches beyond base Create recipes, with documented integrations for mods including Create: Crafts & Additions, Create Encased, Create: Cobblestone, Create: Water Wheel Bearing, Create: Ore Doubling, Functional Storage, Storage Drawers, and Sophisticated Storage.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 8 blocks, 32 items, 329 recipes and 19 advancements.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

More modpacks put it in their new versions than a year ago: 6 a month now, 1 a year agoThe average of the last 6 months, compared with the same 6 months a year before. We say it only when the change is large..
45 modpacks include Create: Ages in at least one of their versions. Here are the 30 most downloaded.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 3 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 3 points.
