Create: Northstar is a space-exploration mod that combines Create-powered machinery with astronomy, rocketry, and four destinations: the Moon, Mars, Venus, and Mercury. Use telescopes to target planets or moons and collect astronomical readings, then combine readings with sufficiently different sky coordinates at an astronomy table to make the Star Maps used to set rocket destinations. Build rockets from engines, fuel tanks, heat shielding, a sealed and assembled structure, and controls for launch and landing; the engines needed depend on the destination’s gravity and atmosphere, while Star Maps set the destination and optional targeting computers reduce fuel use. Exploration brings distinct environments and creatures, including lunar snails that produce collectible mucus, sound-sensitive Echo Worms and cave-dwelling Root Toads on Mars, and Venusian Mimics that disguise themselves as rocks and acid-spitting Scorpions. Survival progression includes finding Lunar Sapphire and Glowstone on the Moon, forging Martian Steel from Martian Iron and volcanic ash on Mars to unlock equipment such as temperature regulators and oxygen detectors, and seeking tungsten deep underground on Mercury; Venus currently offers exploration without further progression. For longer stays away from Earth, construct powered space bases that produce or import oxygen, use kinetic-powered oxygen sealers to fill enclosed spaces, and regulate temperatures with either environment-wide or box-shaped coverage. The machinery also supports practical and creative uses beyond basic life support: combustion engines turn rocket fuel into kinetic power, electrolysis splits water into oxygen and hydrogen, and temperature regulators can create freezing or extremely hot environments.

No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
