About
Create Xaero's Map brings moving Sable-based craft into Xaero's Minimap and Xaero's World Map, showing structures such as Create: Aeronautics airships, planes and vehicles as rendered block imagery. The map view updates with each craft's position and rotation, projecting its real three-dimensional orientation into a top-down image with map coloring and slope shading that blends with the surrounding terrain. Craft details include bearing-mounted parts such as propellers, wheels and rudders, with spinning parts updated live; fast motion and spinning can produce configurable motion blur. Assembled contraptions in the normal world can also appear on the map, and terrain or other objects above a craft draw over it rather than being covered by the craft image. Craft are supported in cave-map layers as well, where cave walls and ceilings can obscure them according to the map's column view.
