    About

    Datapack Load Error Fix is a world-repair utility that helps recover saves after mods adding custom dimensions, entities, or blocks have been removed, so players can load and continue using affected worlds. When a world is loaded, it checks dimension references in level.dat and scans region files for entities and block entities tied to mods that are no longer installed, then removes those invalid references and backs up modified files. It can address issues such as load failures linked to removed dimension mods, crashes involving entities from removed mods, and missing blocks or corrupted chunks left by removed content mods, but it is not a general fix for datapack errors with other causes. Repairs are performed client-side; to repair a server save, import it into a client and load it once.
