About
Decoration and Furniture adds more than 500 blocks, along with items, food, and three structures, for building maps or adding detail to survival worlds. Its furnishings include tables, desks, chairs, stools, and wardrobes, while its building blocks include expanded brick styles such as crimson and warped bricks, columns, and sandy or sand-covered bricks. Smaller additions range from candles and paper lanterns to flowerpots, new plants, carved melons and pumpkins, and soul jack o’lanterns. Seasonal decorations cover Halloween, Christmas, and summer, with examples such as candy canes, while other decorative and technology-themed additions include statues, consoles, computers, and televisions. The three structures are distributed across the End, the Overworld, and snowy biomes, and the mod also adds a few advancements and some new tools. Some furnishings can be rotated, and bookshelves have practical uses beyond decoration: they can be crafted into lecterns, used as fuel, and work with an enchanting table. The mod is compatible with Quark and Alex’s Mobs and can be used in servers and modpacks.
