    About

    Dimensional Edibles adds food-based ways to travel between dimensions, centered on cakes and single-use apples. Its End Cake provides End travel, while the Nether Cake teleports the player to coordinates x=0, z=0 in the Nether and the Overworld Cake returns them to the world spawn from another dimension. Ender, Nether, and Overworld Apples offer single-use versions of this teleportation. Modpack creators can configure custom cakes and apples for modded dimensions, such as the Mining Dimension from Dimensional World and the Deep Dark from Extra Utilities 2; they choose the cake fuel and add crafting recipes themselves through CraftTweaker. Configuration also allows items and blocks to be enabled or disabled, cake fuel and destination coordinates to be changed, and placed cakes to be pre-fueled; JEI describes the mod's items and blocks, while Waila or The One Probe displays how much fuel a cake has.
