Forever Stranded is a quest-led survival modpack about rebuilding after a crash on a hot, barren planet where sand is scarce company. Early survival centers on finding water to withstand the heat and securing food to stave off hunger, while dangerous nights add another threat. The map uses hardcore rules, with additional lives becoming available as you progress through the quests. The pack also brings together farming and food mods such as Pam’s HarvestCraft and Cooking for Blockheads, resource-processing tools including Ex Nihilo Omnia and Ex Compressum, and larger engineering and energy systems such as Immersive Engineering, Advanced Rocketry, and Extreme Reactors. Storage and building options include Storage Drawers, Iron Chests, Chisel, and Chisels & Bits, while threats and exploration include Bloodmoon nights, Doomlike Dungeons, and Battle Towers.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.10.2 · Forge, 30 Mar 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
3 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 13 Feb 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 152 of its 153 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 151 of its 153 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 9 of the 76 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
77 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
