Project e focused modpack
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 221 graded mods, 89 are graded A or B, 38 C and 94 D to F. Its last update came out 8 weeks ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Project Equivalence is an expert modpack centered on ProjectE, with the goal of crafting ProjectEX’s Final Star. It changes most recipes and EMC values, and its remade FTB Quests questline guides players through progression. Players can choose from custom starting worlds ranging from platform and enclosed starts to themed locations, including a castle courtyard, a mining town, an automated cocoa-bean farm, an Endship, and platforms above lava or an ocean of ender. The pack contains more than 200 mods and recommends allocating at least 6 GB of RAM for good performance.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 30 Aug 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 12 Mar 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 225 of its 227 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
8 mods send something about you
We read the code of 223 of its 227 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 12 of the 124 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
103 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
