    DiscordCraft is a client-side mod that displays Minecraft activity in Discord Rich Presence, including whether you are in the main menu, single-player, or multiplayer. It reports the current dimension, using dimension names supplied by other mods, and provides more descriptive labels for vanilla dimensions, Hunting Dimension, Twilight Forest, RFTools dimensions, and Galacticraft planets, moons, and space stations. You can customize the dimension line with JSON templates, setting group-based formats and dimension-specific overrides; supported template variables include dimension names and IDs, RFTools names, and Galacticraft planet, moon, or station names. The /diminfo command reports the current dimension’s name, ID, and group.
