About
EC Alex's Caves Compat is a plugin mod for Expanded Combat that adapts selected Alex’s Caves materials and equipment to Expanded Combat’s combat systems. It lets the Galena Gauntlet function in the gauntlet slot, and adds shield support for Scarlet and Azure Neodymium, Pewen wood, Tough Hide, Polymer Plate, Shadow Silk, and Thornwood. Pewen wood and Thornwood also work for weapons, while Tough Hide and Shadow Silk can be used for gauntlets as well as shields. Primitive Block Weapons follow a style similar to the Primitive Club, and acid can erode gauntlets. Scarlet and Azure Neodymium shields gain some of the effects of the Resistor Shield.
