Create floating text for signs, server info, and in-game directions.
68 of the 71 points that apply = 96 out of 100.
Elite Holograms lets players and server admins create and manage floating text displays in-game for uses such as server information, rules, waypoints, shops, and decorative signs; it runs server-side, so multiplayer players can view the displays without installing a client mod. Displays can contain multiple lines, be positioned or moved, and either turn to face each viewer or stay fixed like a wall-mounted sign, with options to adjust fixed text size, brightness, and background panel color or opacity. Other display types include floating item showcases and animated lines that cycle through messages such as rotating tips or announcements. Scoreboard holograms show leading players for a chosen objective, with configurable row counts and refresh intervals, and can be styled using built-in themes such as ocean, blood, gold, mono, and rainbow. Built-in placeholders provide live server and per-player details, including player name, rank, health, level, world, and coordinates, without requiring an external placeholder API. Backlights use invisible full-bright light blocks to keep displays legible in dark areas without overwriting player builds, and clickable holograms can run commands when right-clicked, either as the player or, with admin permission, as the console. Holograms and their settings persist across restarts, and the mod works in single-player worlds, modpacks, and multiplayer servers.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block: Example Block; 1 item: Example Item.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

More modpacks put it in their new versions than a year ago: 18 a month now, 2 a year agoThe average of the last 6 months, compared with the same 6 months a year before. We say it only when the change is large..
91 modpacks include Elite Holograms in at least one of their versions. Here are the 30 most downloaded.
Mods that modpacks often add together with Elite Holograms. Share: how many of the modpacks with Elite Holograms also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 1 release needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
