Embers Re-Ignited is a forward port of Embers Rekindled, a dwarven magic-and-technology mod centered on Ember, a limited power source drawn from deep underground and used to run machines, alchemy, metalworking, and magical weapons. Players begin by finding an Ancient Golem and using its drops to craft the Ancient Codex, then locate rich Ember deposits, extract Ember material near bedrock, convert it into usable power, and build a workshop around Ember transfer and storage. The mod combines practical workshop systems such as ore processing, item and fluid transport, melting, stamping, and alloy mixing with advanced generators, pressure and steam machinery, and Ember-powered heatwork. Its additions include Create integration for generating Create rotational power from Ember, Ember-powered Blaze Burners that can be superheated with bellows, and a Hearth Coil that can supply heat to a 3-by-3 arrangement of burners. An Ember Funnel on a Blaze Burner can distribute Ember to burners within a 3-by-3 area, while the Ember-to-FE dynamo converts Ember into Forge Energy. For contraptions in Sable sub-levels, Caminite Turngears and Sightstones enable automatic tracking, and a Beam Cannon can recharge their Ember stores. The port also adds Create-powered machine upgrades and an Engineer's Hammer that combines the functions of the Engineer's Wrench and Tinker's Hammer.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Blocks and fluidsChanges 1 game code file in this area: how blocks, fluids and redstone work..
Adds 182 blocks, 133 items, 1 mob, 2 projectiles, 1 other entity, 1 structure, 627 recipes, 1 loot table and 130 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
