Extra Ores expands Minecraft’s mining and gear progression from early play through the end game, adding ores and gems with distinct properties so players can choose materials for different situations. Its deposits and materials include familiar additions such as copper, silver, aluminium, sapphire, ruby, amethyst, peridot and topaz, alongside rarer Nether and End finds such as Netherium, Hellstone and Endarium. The new materials supply tools, weapons and armor with varied strengths: sapphire sits between iron and diamond, ruby improves on diamond, and titanium offers exceptionally durable, efficient gear with strong defense and fast attacks. Some resources have specialized uses or effects: Hellstone serves as fuel, Netherium gear resists fire and can ignite foes, while Dragon Flame equipment deals flame damage and grants fire resistance. Endarium can be mined in the End or made by purifying a corrupted Endarium Nether Gem, and Dragon Flame tools can be augmented to smelt mined blocks instantly. Beyond mining and equipment, the mod adds crystal and rock blocks, transmutation and augmentation stations, pouches and coffers, rings, hammers, totems, and entities including the Stalker and Baby Ghast.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.4 to 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 119 blocks, 252 items, 2 mobs, 232 recipes, 11 advancements and 16 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 1 of vanilla Minecraft's loot tables.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.4 to 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.4 to 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
