About
Fabulous Flowers expands Minecraft’s flower variety with 35 additions, including new tulips, poppies, orchids, alliums, daisies, rose bushes, peonies, sages, myosotises and other special blooms. Flowers can be propagated by placing them on farmland beside farmland with Bone Meal; they grow over time, and most have a chance to mutate into different colors, with flower-specific mutation patterns. The new flowers appear in a range of places, including Flower Forests, Jungles, Meadows, Plains and riverbanks, while some varieties can be grown rather than found in the wild. A Botanist villager trades Bone Meal and plants and sells bundles of six random flowers, with options for tulips, orchids or other small flowers. The blooms can also be gathered for their corresponding dyes, and some have special uses: a new sunflower can be brewed into a Night Vision Potion, while a bloomed dandelion may grant brief Luck when blown. Optional flower-collecting and gardening advancements provide additional goals, alongside a new sunflower texture and small related name and recipe changes.
