FasterLadderClimbing changes how players move on climbable blocks, letting them choose to climb by holding jump, by looking up or down, or with the original look-and-walk behavior. Players can configure ascent and descent speeds for ladders, vines, and other blocks Minecraft treats as climbable; holding sneak stops climbing and can cancel a fast descent. An in-game settings screen provides access to these options, while server-side limits let servers and modpacks cap the speeds players can choose.
