About
Furniture Expanded adds furnishings and practical household objects for decorating and using spaces in Minecraft, with pieces for bathrooms, bedrooms, an office, and general storage. Its bathroom collection includes a toilet, toilet paper, trash can, sink, bathtub, shower enclosure, shower head, towel bar, and mirror; the bedroom adds a modern bed, customizable bedsheets, alarm clock, nightstand, and bedside table, alongside an office file cabinet, clock sign, cardboxes, and baskets. Many pieces are interactive: players can sit on the toilet, operate the shower when its enclosure and shower head are arranged together, and use the trash can’s foot pedal to open its lid before accessing its inventory. Storage has visible and configurable details: baskets open as inventories, change appearance according to their contents, and can be dyed, while cardboxes can be sealed with adhesive tape and collected without spilling their contents when sealed. Bedsheets can be made in patterns and colors using a template, materials such as coral plants, bamboo, mushrooms, or logs, and dyes; special designs use items including a bee nest, honeycomb, magma block, or chorus flower. Other details include a clock sign that displays the in-game daytime and an alarm clock that can be switched on or off, though it does not provide an actual alarm.
