Future Shops adds a multiplayer economy and unified marketplace where players can browse configurable server listings, manage player storefronts, buy items, barter, and review transaction history. Players can place animated shop blocks, publish inventory-backed listings, choose money, barter, or both as payment, and keep shops selling while offline; storefronts can also link to chests, barrels, or a Refined Storage network for stock management. The Bazaar provides a player-driven commodity market with buy orders, sell offers, instant trades, partial fills, price and volume tracking, and either a curated or open catalog, while the Auction House supports timed bidding and Buy Now listings. An ATM converts account balances into configurable physical currency and back, and purchases can use wallet funds, carried currency, or a configured combination; players can also send money and view balances and leaderboards. Trades can include free offers, money, barter, alternative payment choices, sell-only listings, or bundles, with bundle transfers handled atomically. Promotions include percentage discounts, Buy-X-Get-Y deals, and scheduled flash sales, and can be applied across server shops and player shops. The in-game interface includes searchable listings, shopping carts, item details, barter screens, transaction history, player dashboards, and leaderboards, using Minecraft's built-in drawing rather than external textures. Server-validated transactions and recoverable escrow protect purchases, orders, auctions, and payments, providing retry or claim paths when delivery cannot complete immediately. Operators can configure market modules and rules such as permissions, fees, limits, catalog control, and settlement, and can disable the Bazaar or Auction House independently while preserving records and recovery paths.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block: Shop Block; 1 item: Money; 1 key binding: Open Shop You're Looking At; 1 recipe.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
