Adds 10 jobs with cool features to Minecraft.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Jobs+ is a Minecraft mod built around choosing jobs and earning progress by doing work related to each role. Its ten jobs are Alchemist, Builder, Digger, Enchanter, Farmer, Fisherman, Hunter, Lumberjack, Miner, and Smith, covering activities such as brewing, building, digging, enchanting, farming, fishing, hunting, woodcutting, mining, and smithing. Each job has 100 levels, gained by completing relevant tasks: for example, builders gain experience by placing blocks, fishers by fishing and swimming, and smiths by smelting ores, crafting equipment, or using an anvil. Players start with two free jobs and earn coins as they level up, which can be spent to unlock additional jobs and buy job-specific power-ups. Power-ups offer role-focused benefits, such as stronger potions for Alchemists, faster mining and extra drops for Miners, and a fishing rod that can act as a grappling hook for Fishermen. The mod also provides job-specific crafting recipes that unlock through progression, and each job has a superpower that becomes available at level 100. Jobs+ includes support for creating custom jobs, recipes, and power-ups, letting users shape their own job-based experiences.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.17.1 to 1.19.2.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block, 52 items, 59 recipes, 101 advancements and 8 loot tables.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found in the parts we could check
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.17.1 to 1.19.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
3 of its files cannot be checked: its author does not let other sites download them from CurseForge.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends, in the 2 of its 5 files we read
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.17.1 to 1.19.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
