Medieval MC [FORGE] MMC3 is a medieval-fantasy RPG and exploration modpack centered on discovering new worlds and building a kingdom. Its world generation uses Oh The Biomes You'll Go and adds five dimensions, along with new dungeons and structures from Additional Structures and Repurposed Structures and expanded villages and towns. Players can choose an Origin, take on a revised combat system, and manage stamina, thirst, and temperature while exploring. Minecolonies lets players develop a bustling medieval kingdom, while Waystones and Traveler’s Backpack support travel and adventuring. The pack also brings together magic and character progression through Apotheosis, Hexerei, Ars Nouveau, Iron’s Spells ’n Spellbooks, and a Passive Skill Tree. Exploration rewards include more than 30 structures and variants, such as the Sorrow Spire and Yung’s structures, as well as boss encounters and gear with customizable affixes and gem sockets. The broader adventure includes additions such as enemy creatures including flies, Dreadnoughts, Reavers, and Propellers, plus medieval touches like Vinery’s wine racks and wall calendars.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.19.2 · Forge, 23 Nov 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 10 Sep 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 352 of its 360 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of 328 of its 330 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 29 of the 268 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
62 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
