    About

    Just A Basic Concrete Mod expands Minecraft’s concrete building options with decorative stairs and slabs, alongside concrete bricks in all 16 colors and a rainbow variant. Concrete bricks can also be crafted into stairs, slabs, and walls, while the mod’s decorative range includes concrete fences, walls, and pressure plates. Rainbow Concrete has gameplay effects as well as a decorative use: walking over it grants Strength IV, Speed IV, and Jump Boost II, with the speed and jump boosts ending when the player steps off and Strength lasting five minutes. Rainbow Concrete blocks and slabs can kill several hostile mobs on contact, including creepers, spiders, undead mobs, slimes, and magma cubes, making them useful in mob farms; effects can be disabled in the configuration for decoration-only use. In versions that use the Stonecutter for crafting, it provides recipes for the mod’s decorative concrete blocks and their brick variants.
