About
LandOfSignals adds railway signals and country-specific railway assets to Minecraft, for use in rail builds and alongside railroad mods such as Traincraft, Zora no Densha, Immersive Railroading, and Real Train Mod. Signals are assembled from stackable parts, letting builders adjust their height, and are linked to a signal box that selects the displayed signal image and changes it in response to redstone input. The mod also supports signal prioritization and content-pack additions such as signs, signal boxes, decorative assets, and levers, with signals able to have multiple states and groups. Examples of documented signs include German railway markers such as NE 1, NE 2, SH 2, and LF 1 through LF 7; decorative assets include SO12 and DB or SBB ticket machines. Available signal packs cover German KS, Hv, Sperrsignal, and Formsignale designs, as well as Danish, UK, Northeast US, and Swiss SBB signals. Signal packs can also be created by users, with custom 3D models and signal states, and loaded on both the client and server. Some supported signals and other blocks can display flares, adding visible lamp effects that are especially noticeable at night.
