    More Plants & Flowers adds vegetation to make worlds more colorful and enjoyable to explore, including blue and green grass, cave bushes and grass, and purple mushrooms. Blue grass generates throughout the world, while rice plants grow on swamp water and can be used to craft rice; cave plants include light flowers that produce light and can be used to craft glowstone dust. Red mushrooms generate throughout the world and, along with blue mushrooms found in normal and birch forests, can be used to craft dyes. Blue berry bushes grow in normal and birch forests and drop berries that briefly grant speed, while Nether firecore plants drop edible firecores that briefly grant fire resistance.
