    About

    More Vanilla Weapons expands Minecraft’s weapon selection with gear designed to fit a vanilla-style feel, offering different damage, speed, reach, and combat effects. Its arsenal includes a double axe, hammer, katana, knife, scythe, spade, rapier, lance, halberd, longsword, flail, pole, war hammer, dagger, saber, and glaive, as well as faster-charging tiered bows and crossbows. Weapons have distinct behaviors: the scythe can hit multiple mobs, the spade stuns, the lance lets its wielder dash forward, and the flail has a chance to land an especially powerful critical hit. Other trade-offs include the longer reach of the katana, halberd, longsword, and glaive, the armor-piercing war hammer, and the saber’s ability to absorb some damage dealt to its wielder. Several heavy weapons, including the double axe, halberd, longsword, and pole, are two-handed.
