    About

    Noisiumed is a maintained fork of Noisium that reduces the time Minecraft spends generating new terrain, including while exploring, running a server, or generating distant-horizon LODs. It improves chunk creation by optimizing block placement and biome population, caching frequently used generation calculations, and streamlining chunk handling and synchronization. These optimizations preserve vanilla world-generation output: blocks, biomes, and structures remain unchanged. It is designed to work alongside C2ME, Lithium, Sodium, Nvidium, Distant Horizons, and ReTerraForged, but is incompatible with Biospherical Expansion (BioX). The mod works on the server or singleplayer host, so multiplayer clients do not need to install it.
