NuclearCraft Neoteric recreates the classic NuclearCraft experience as a nuclear-engineering progression, taking players from ore processing and materials production to advanced reactors, particle physics and nuclear weapons. Its materials chain includes ores and resources such as uranium, thorium, plutonium, americium, curium and californium, processed through machines including crushers, washers, centrifuges, electrolyzers, infusers, melters and assemblers. Players can build solid-fuel fission reactors with configurable fuels, moderators, reflectors and heat sinks, or molten-salt reactors that circulate liquid fuel and transfer heat to exchangers; reactor heat can also drive steam turbines for power. Fusion reactors use a toroidal plasma ring, while linear and ring particle accelerators feed target chambers for particle collisions, transmutation and antimatter production; a kugelblitz chamber offers an alternative endgame built around concentrating photons into a black hole. In-situ leaching provides an alternative to conventional mining, using ore veins, leachers and pumps to extract resources at large scale, with the potential for up to four times the ingot production. The mod also adds a Wasteland dimension and biome, with custom terrain and ore generation, villages, Feral Ghouls, a boss and its lair, and environmental anomalies; crystals found there can provide buffs. Radiation contamination spreads between chunks and decays over time, while shielding helps protect players and builds; the radiation system can interoperate with Mekanism radiation in both directions. Additional equipment includes mining tools such as the QNP, which can switch between area-mining and vein-mining modes, as well as the Q-36 Quantite Disruptor and a plutonium-239 fission bomb with simulated blast damage. Processors handle tasks such as smelting, crushing, compressing, mixing and radiation transmutation; their slots and item or fluid movement can be configured, and storage blocks such as barrels, batteries and tanks retain their contents when broken. Universal pipes transport items, fluids and energy, and the Engineer’s Crafting Table provides powered autocrafting that can be scripted through ComputerCraft or OpenComputers. Players can monitor and control reactors, processors, turbines and other machines through ComputerCraft or OpenComputers, while JSON recipes, KubeJS integration and extensive configuration provide options for custom fuels and server tuning.

Changes the game's code in 3 areas: World generationChanges 1 game code file in this area: terrain, biomes and structures made when new land is created., World renderingChanges 1 game code file in this area: drawing the terrain, sky, clouds and weather. and Blocks and fluidsChanges 1 game code file in this area: how blocks, fluids and redstone work..
Libraries packed inside it change 14 more game code files: Flywheel and Ponder.
Adds 266 blocks, 1,239 items, 2 mobs, 2 projectiles, 7 other entities, 1 biome, 1 dimension, 1 structure, 3,355 recipes, 35 advancements, 6 loot tables, 40 sounds and 1 key binding.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
NuclearCraft-1.20.1-1.2.9.jar, CurseForge NuclearCraft-1.20.1-1.2.9.jar. 15 classes changed, in igentuman.nc: FusionCoreProxyBE, BlackHoleBE, ChamberTerminalBE, Button$Link, Button$ReportIssue, Button, WorldEvents, AbstractMultiblock, MultiblockHandler, LinearAcceleratorMultiblock, FusionReactorMultiblock, KugelblitzMultiblock and 3 more.We found nothing it sends about you
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its sound
Stable Audio is named in the sound files in its files.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 39 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 5 points.
