About
Omega Craft expands the technology side of TSON Craft into a standalone mod, providing machines, power generation, energy storage, and systems for moving energy, items, and fluids. Power can be produced with fuel-burning generators, solar or lunar panels, and magmite reactors, which generate substantial energy but can cause a devastating explosion if they overheat. Energy transport ranges from short-distance distributors to medium-range transmitters and long-range energy pylons or long-wave conduits designed to carry greater volumes of power over distance. Machines support side configuration and multiple outputs, while energy storage devices can also be configured by side. Item and fluid transmitters handle their respective transport, and a water fabrication tank can provide an infinite water supply. Players assemble customizable machines in a Machine Workbench, and machine interfaces include recipe and side-configuration tabs; an option switches the interfaces to a vanilla-style appearance. The mod also includes an oil-processing chain and late-game Dark Machines, which upgrade machine speed using Dark Matter produced by a Dark Fabricator.
