    About

    Peat Zombie adds a swamp-dwelling undead inspired by peat mummies, with a vanilla-style role and balanced combat stats. It appears in swamps and swampy hills, moves slightly faster than a regular zombie, and does not burn in daylight after lying in cold marsh peat. Affected by swamp acid, it leaves villagers alone but attacks pillagers, vindicators, and other invaders, while avoiding witches; a lightning strike turns it into a regular zombie. Its eyes and lamp glow, and its rotten peat can be cooked in a furnace to obtain gunpowder; eating fresh rotten peat temporarily causes Hunger and Weakness.
