    About

    Pig Pen Cipher adds the Pigpen substitution cipher for the English alphabet as a Minecraft font, letting players display encoded text in places such as books, chat, tooltips, signs, and other text components. The cipher represents letters with parts of grid-like shapes, with dotted variants for some characters; for example, E is a square and A is a backwards L shape. Commands can encode chat messages, held-item names, books, and signs, and books or signs can also be decoded back to plaintext; players can additionally apply the font through text components and vanilla commands. Cipher-character banner patterns let players spell out messages or make designs with the symbols.
