Productive Bees expands Minecraft’s bee system into an automated way to produce resources, adding bees that gather materials in advanced hives and turn them into combs for processing. Its bees cover familiar resources such as iron, gold, diamonds, redstone, and emeralds, as well as modded materials including copper, lead, silver, and resources from integrations such as Mystical Agriculture, Tinkers’ Construct, Thermal, and Powah; with relevant mods installed, the collection can exceed 200 bees. Bees are acquired through breeding or by finding nests in the world, and their housing and production depend on bee-specific needs such as flowers, habitat, and, for some kinds, whether a hive is dark or unlit. Resource combs are processed in a centrifuge into their outputs, such as diamond combs yielding diamonds and ender combs yielding ender pearls, while specialized bees can add distinctive behaviors: explosive bees detonate when provoked, and magmatic bees can retaliate by vomiting lava. The mod also includes tools for handling honey and bee genetics: a bottler fills bottles and can be used with a piston to extract genetic material, which the centrifuge separates into genes that can be transferred to other bees with honey treats. Advanced beehives come in up to 32 variants, and most aspects of the mod can be customized through configuration or data packs, including adding or disabling bees and adjusting their resource production.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: Mobs and their behaviorChanges 2 game code files in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act..
A library packed inside it changes 1 more game code file: Productive Lib.
Adds 304 blocks, 82 items, 475 entities, 1,713 recipes, 22 advancements and 1 loot table.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 14 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 4 points.
