Psychedelic Drug Chemistry adds chemistry-focused gameplay in which players synthesize psychoactive compounds using reagents, laboratory equipment, chemical machines, and glassware. Players can also cultivate and harvest psychoactive plants and fungi, with examples including peyote, tobacco, Salvia divinorum, and magic mushrooms. The compounds and materials described include LSD, 2C-B, LSA, DMT, MDMA, and DXM, alongside the named plants and fungi. Some substances have effects intended to reflect their effects on the body, and the gallery shows psychedelic visuals for peyote mescaline and combinations of LSD, mushrooms, and peyote.
