About
ScamScreener is a client-side mod for Hypixel SkyBlock that analyzes chat and warns you when messages or player interactions show signs of scam risk. Its staged detection combines configurable rules for signals such as urgency, links, and platform redirects with fuzzy phrase matching, repeated-message behavior, and patterns that unfold across multiple messages. Warnings can include a risk level and an explanation of the rules that triggered them, and you can review flagged or logged chat, label messages as risky or safe, and export reviewed cases for later tuning. You can keep local blacklists and whitelists, configure risk thresholds and individual rules, and optionally leave a party when a blacklisted player is detected. A configurable mute filter supports custom text or regex patterns, while an outgoing safety guard can block messages containing email addresses or Discord invitations and require confirmation before sending certain co-op invitations. Detection runs locally; the mod does not automatically upload training data, and reviewed case exports are available locally for players who want to preserve them.
