Silence’s Turrets is a defense-focused mod built around crafting, upgrading, and managing a collection of more than thirty turrets. Turrets are crafted using cores from three categories and four tiers: you begin with a level-one Driving Core, then use a Core Upgrade Desk to make stronger cores, often spending kills recorded by a Counter. A Research Table advances turret technology by improving attack power, attack speed, health regeneration, and maximum health, while a Laboratory provides access to the highest-tier props and armor. The mod also adds a Maintenance Station for repairing damaged turrets, a Vending Machine that exchanges valuables for coins used in random draws, and a Variety Store for trading emeralds, gold, and Hell Wart Sauce for props. Turrets can be equipped with props and armor, and their targeting controls let them attack known hostile creatures or a broader set of mobs while sparing known friendly mobs and iron golems. A Glove stores and places turrets along with their carried items, and can direct a nearby turret to select a target or use a thrown projectile to make it stop attacking a chosen entity. A Healing Tower can instantly repair a turret, and a turret’s stored props are lost if the turret is destroyed. The collection includes distinctive defensive designs such as a firework launcher, a black hole generator, and a giant dart launcher.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
