sprinkles_for_vanilla is a configurable server-side mod for tailoring vanilla gameplay rules, with many settings synchronized to clients so they follow the server’s choices; selected client-only options remain local. Server owners can adjust survival and world rules, including respawn health, hunger, and XP; dimension spawning and default spawn locations; water and lava behavior; beacon-base blocks; portal creation and travel; sleep, bed respawns, and nearby-mob checks; and damage, explosions, mob spawning, and mob griefing. The mod also offers finer controls such as biome-specific mob spawn rules, explosion settings including explosions from other mods, zombie pigmen spawning from Nether portals, custom villager trades, spawn radii, punch damage, and whether zombies and skeletons burn in sunlight. Other settings can disable sprinting or set its hunger requirement, change block light values, and control whether Ender Pearls or End portals work, or whether non-hardcore players skip the respawn screen. Client-side options can mute individual sounds, toggle vanilla particles, choose whose potion-effect particles are visible, and change when the Christmas chest texture appears.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.8.9.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.8.9.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.7.10 to 1.8.9.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
