Adds a totem crafting system to Minecraft with a ton of useful, magical totems.

Totem Essentials expands the vanilla Totem of Undying into a crafting system where you collect mob Essences and combine them with Totem Shells to make Totems with different abilities. Evokers in Woodland Mansions drop Totem Shells, Vindicators can drop Reaper Essence, and a Totem of Reaping lets you reap Essence from other eligible mobs by killing them while it is in your inventory. The resulting Totems offer practical and combat abilities: Phasing lets you move through blocks without gravity, Curing clears negative potion effects, Featherfoot prevents fall damage, and Vampirism heals you when you damage mobs. Other Totems support travel and item management: Traveling binds to a location for return teleportation, Replication binds to a mob type so you can spawn copies, Exchange turns items into their crafting ingredients, and Storage swaps inventory rows with your hotbar. Additional abilities include making arrows fly straight, redirecting nearby mobs that target you, doubling collected experience, automatically eating food when hunger is low, and setting attackers on fire. The mod also includes Totems for protecting dropped items from fire after death and pushing nearby mobs away, alongside other effects such as improved aiming and experience gain. A second tier of Ensouled Totems upgrades these abilities, including flight while phasing, cross-dimensional travel, exact mob copies, broader inventory-row cycling, and stronger protection or healing effects. Recipes become available in the recipe book after you obtain your first Totem Shell, JEI can help identify mob drops, and configuration options let you adjust durability or disable Totem recipes and their associated Essence drops.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12 to 1.12.2.
Adds 69 items, 69 recipes, 1 loot table and 4 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
