Risk one item for a chance to get a better one.
37.5 of the 58 points that apply = 65 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Upgrader adds a single item that lets players wager an item for a chance to turn it into a chosen target: place the wager in the wheel interface, select a target, and keep it only if the marker lands in the gold zone. The success chance is based on the relative values of the wager and target, multiplied by 0.9 and capped between 0.1% and 90%; failure destroys the wager. Item values are derived from recipes, including crafting, furnace and other processing, and smithing recipes, so recipe-bearing modded items are valued automatically; damaged tools are worth less in proportion to their remaining durability. Items without recipes receive a rarity-based estimate, while spawn eggs, potions, enchanted books, and other items whose value depends entirely on NBT are excluded. Configuration can override or multiply item values, change the global value multiplier, blacklist items, and limit wheel attempts; the outcome is determined server-side for multiplayer play.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Adds 1 item: Upgrader; 1 recipe.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
upgrader-neoforge-1.2.0+1.21.1.jar, CurseForge upgrader-neoforge-1.2.0+1.21.1.jar. 5 classes changed, in net.execheinz.upgrader: UpgraderScreen, WheelRenderer$HexRuns, WheelRenderer, NeoForgeNetwork$1, NeoForgeNetwork$ClientDispatch.We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
