[TaCZ] Weapon Research & Blueprints adds a configurable progression system to Timeless and Classics Zero, letting players unlock weapon recipes through exploration, blueprints, and research rather than making every recipe available from the start. Players can find blueprints, Scrap, Research Data, and weapon fragments as loot; learning a blueprint permanently unlocks its matching recipe, while Scrap can be spent on research or traded with other players. A searchable Tech Tree displays weapon artwork, branches, prerequisites, and costs, with tools to track a target, inspect a full purchase path, and filter for research the player can afford. Research Benches provide three research tiers, while three crafting Workbench levels open TaCZ’s crafting screen; servers can configure their research and crafting requirements separately, or choose options such as a single station or portable research through the Journal. At a Blueprint Analyzer, players can process supported weapons to recover blueprints or fragments, with outcomes affected by weapon and Analyzer tiers; Research Notes, Reports, and Dossiers offer another route to targeted blueprint research. Archived fragments can be assembled into blueprints, and completed ordinary fragment sets can instead be configured to discount research, reconstruct a blueprint, or return currency for a weapon already learned. The Blueprint Journal records discoveries, learned recipes, recent unlocks, and completion, and includes guidance about progression and ways to earn research currency. Players can establish Gunsmith and Ballistics Researcher villagers: Gunsmiths sell selected guns, ammunition, and attachments, while Ballistics Researchers sell Research Data and targeted analysis fragments for use at the Analyzer. The mod includes an in-game Research Designer for creating custom Tech Trees, connecting weapon prerequisites, adjusting costs, testing simulated progress, and exporting installable datapacks or editable projects. Pack authors and server operators can configure loot, starting blueprints, research and crafting requirements, Tech Tree branches, Analyzer rewards, fragment and Research Data pools, and villager trades; compatible TaCZ catalogs can also be used to build the tree automatically. An optional TaCZ Magazines integration can add magazine crafting and configurable unlock or Workbench-level requirements for magazines.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Not checked yet
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and sounds yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Modpacks that include [TaCZ] Weapon Research & Blueprints in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 8 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 6 points.
