AI companions that follow you, build, and talk in your world.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 3 graded mods, 3 are graded A or B, 0 C and none D to F. Its last update came out 3 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Player2 AI NPC Pack is a lightweight vanilla-focused setup that bundles Player2 AI NPC and its dependencies so players can start using AI companions without assembling the required mods themselves. The companions can follow players, talk with them and with other NPCs, and carry out building and other tasks; they can also plan multi-step goals such as gathering dropped items and storing them in a chest. Companions can prepare and manage farms by clearing and irrigating plots, planting requested crops, harvesting mature plants, and remembering farm locations for later work. They can gather missing materials and complete recipe chains, use furnaces, blast furnaces, and smokers, and handle upgrades at smithing tables. Companions can learn what items are stored in chests, locate suitable storage, and retain storage knowledge across play sessions; they also have episodic and factual memories of conversations, events, and useful details about the player and world. The companion management menu provides access to task and inventory views, recent activity, behavior and memory settings, and controls for crafting, smelting, mining, storage, fuel, and waypoints. The Player2 app must be running for the modpack's AI features to work.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 19 Jul 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 17 Jun 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 3 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
1 mod sends something about you
We read the code of all 3 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI tool in the 3 mods we checked, and no AI content is declared for them on Modrinth.
2 mods can use AI in the game.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
