A lightweight modpack that helps your game run faster.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 31 graded mods, 31 are graded A or B, 0 C and none D to F. Its last update came out 12 days ago, for Minecraft 26.3. See the mods
Simply Optimized Forked is a continuation of Simply Optimized, focused on improving Minecraft performance with tuned configurations, testing, and a deliberately lightweight selection of performance mods. It adds fixes for recurring issues and user complaints, includes some performance mods omitted from the original pack, and preserves user options across pack updates. The pack offers long-term support for selected Minecraft versions alongside support for the latest version, and includes GPU-accelerated world generation in the versions where that feature is supported.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 26.3 · Fabric, 12 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 8 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 31 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
1 mod sends something about you
We read the code of all 31 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 1 of the 31 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in it, or its author declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
