Survive a haunted forest while a terrifying siren-headed creature hunts you.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 67 graded mods, 34 are graded A or B, 28 C and 5 D to F. Its last update came out 11 days ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
The Silent Forest: Siren Head is a survival-horror modpack about getting lost in a forest, surviving with your group, and investigating the distant sirens that lead to Siren Head, a towering creature with sirens for a head. The world is entirely forest, with abandoned buildings, campsites, and other structures to explore as you try to find your way through it. Blur, Better Fog, Drip Sounds, dynamic lights, and Sound Physics Remastered build an eerie visual and audio atmosphere, while Essentials supports multiplayer and Simple Voice Chat adds proximity voice chat.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 13 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 7 Oct 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 57 of its 67 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
3 mods send something about you
We read the code of 49 of its 60 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 3 of the 46 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
14 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
