Zombie Apocalypse Remastered

Zombie Apocalypse Remastered is a plug-and-play recreation of Forge Labs’ zombie-apocalypse modpack, built to make its survival scenario more balanced and progressively challenging for ordinary players. The Mustard Virus has wiped out humanity, and infected are drawn to light, sound, and players, pursuing survivors without being stopped by sunlight. Players begin with a selectable starter loadout: Assault, Explosion, Sniper, or Medic. The pack uses Lost Cities for ruined urban worlds, with optional Biosphere, Onlycities, or Wasteland world settings, and YUNG’s Better Caves reshapes underground terrain. Hostiles drop money that is added to the player’s FTB Money balance, which can be spent in the shop on items such as grips, suppressors, optic sights, and medkits. Death is not treated as hardcore: players can pay to warp back to their corpse and reclaim their belongings, or travel back on foot with protective status effects. Threats grow stronger farther from spawn, and the difficulty rises over time, with armed zombie invasions arriving every five days from the fifth day by default. Players can improve their strength through Danger Lies Ahead’s upgrade system, while the pack’s invasion and scaling mechanics automate escalating mob and siege encounters. The Nether is inaccessible through ordinary Nether portals, but can still be reached using Mini Portal. The pack also includes Vic’s Modern Warfare weapons and reworked gun tooltips with more detailed descriptions, available for many guns in English and Simplified Chinese.
