Small tweaks that make everyday gameplay more comfortable.
No points lost.

Client Tweaks is a collection of individually configurable, optional client-side changes that smooth out common gameplay, building, and interface interactions. Interface options restore Master and Music Volume sliders to the main options screen and can prioritize experience-bar information over the locator bar. Visual tweaks can hide offhand items, empty hands, both hands, your own potion particles, or your shield when you are not holding a weapon or actively blocking. For movement, it can keep you climbing when you look upward on a ladder, disable step assist from other mods, and stop sprinting when the sprint key is released or toggled off. Mining protections can preserve the last durability point on Mending tools and prevent accidental damage to fragile blocks such as budding amethyst unless you are sneaking; a separate Mine Single Block key lets you break one block and then pauses further mining until you release the attack input. Building aids make iron bars, glass panes, and chains easier to target for placement, while interaction options can require sneaking to strip logs or place sweet berries and prevent unwanted paving, offhand item use, or Elytra fireworks. A set of offhand torch controls can preserve the last torch or restrict placement based on whether your main hand holds a block, food, nothing, or a tool, with options to disable offhand torch placement altogether. Creative-mode and recipe-book options include easier breaking of randomly offset blocks, clearing or retaining creative search text, preventing the recipe book from shifting the inventory, clearing or retaining its search, and clicking ghost ingredients to open their recipes.

Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

6,076 modpacks include Client Tweaks in at least one of their versions. Here are the 30 most downloaded.
Mods that modpacks often add together with Client Tweaks. Share: how many of the modpacks with Client Tweaks also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 4 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
