Alternate 3D Tools is a resource pack that gives Minecraft tools custom 3D models, adding visual flair to every tool without requiring mods. It contains only tool textures, so it can be used alongside other resource packs when placed above them in the resource pack menu. With CIT Resewn or OptiFine installed, renaming a Netherite Pickaxe to “Rock and Stone” reveals a surprise.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes 14 item textures and 24 models.
Adds 1 item texture. In OptiFine's formats: 2 custom item textures.
Textures are mostly 32 by 32 pixels.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
