About
Better 3D Saplings is a resource pack that gives Minecraft’s saplings and related small plants more detailed 3D models while retaining a vanilla-style appearance. It covers oak, spruce, birch, jungle, dark oak, acacia, cherry and pale oak saplings, mangrove propagules, bamboo at its initial stage, red and brown mushrooms, and crimson and warped fungi. The models use the default vanilla textures except for leaves, which use a modified version of the original texture; saplings also receive random rotation for added visual variety. Potted saplings and mushrooms have their own models, with shape and clarity tweaks intended to make the models look less glitchy.
