Enhanced Default is a resource pack that refreshes Minecraft’s default look while preserving its familiar style rather than transforming it. It adds three bushy-leaf variants, flat bed item textures, distinctive textures for items such as the enchanted golden apple, debug stick and heavy core, and visual variations across polished blocks, sandstone, prismarine bricks and quartz. Block and world details are also reworked, including piston arms, fence models, flower and cactus variants, animated ores, paintings, moon phases, weather, clouds and illumination effects. The pack overhauls the GUI and updates items and effects such as maps, music discs, tipped arrows, particles and mob-effect icons, with additional changes to text styling, death messages, lightning and cave sounds.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it

Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels, up to 32 by 32. 13 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
